  • Definition : Som van de monetaire en de niet-monetaire kosten die voor een weggebruiker aan het maken van een rit verbonden zijn. Toelichtingen: 1. Bij particulier vervoer omvatten de monetaire kosten de kosten voor brandstof en slijtage (afschrijving en onderhoud) en alle parkeer-, tol- of congestieheffingen tijdens de rit. Tot de niet-monetaire kosten kan het gevoel van gemak en comfort dat de weggebruiker ervaart, worden gerekend. 2. Bij collectief vervoer omvatten de monetaire kosten de transportprijs. Tot de niet-monetaire kosten kan de reisduur worden gerekend, inclusief de eventuele in-, over- en uitstaptijd(en) en wachttijd(en) boven op de tijd(en) in het/de voertuig(en).
